Airport Pickup Procedure

Crestwood chauffeurs meet passengers inside the airport terminal with a name sign. Alternatively chauffeurs can meet passengers curbside or outside the airport terminal at the passenger’s request. For a curbside pickup the passenger must call Crestwood’s office when he/she is outside the terminal and ready to be picked up. Crestwood’s office can be reached at 718-454-2900 or 800-34-CREST.

Gratuity

A standard 20% gratuity is automatically charged to the account or credit card on all trips. Additional cash gratuity is not required.

Tolls and Parking

Toll and parking charges that the chauffeur incurs on a trip will be billed to the client. Toll charges may vary depending on the time of day or route chosen. Round trip tolls will be billed if the chauffeur incurs a toll on his return trip to the origin city.

Waiting Time Policy

Crestwood offers a 14 minute grace period on standard non-airport pickups. Any waiting time after 14 minutes will be billed in the full amount. For example if a reservation is made for 5:00 pm and the client arrives at 5:14 pm there will be no waiting charge. If the client arrives at 5:15 pm there will be a waiting time charge of 15 minutes.

Crestwood offers 30 minutes of free waiting time on airport pickups. For example if an airport reservation is made for 5:00 pm and the client meets the driver at 5:30 pm there will be no waiting charge. If the client arrives in the car at 5:45 pm there will be a waiting time charge of 15 minutes.

Airport Flight Tracking

Crestwood’s software automatically updates flight arrival times every 10 minutes and transmits this information to the chauffer. The chauffeur will arrive at the terminal once the flight arrives unless requested otherwise by the passenger.

Stop Charges

Stops made by the passenger during a trip will be added to the invoice. The cost of a stop varies depending on its distance from the final destination. Certain quick stops may be complimentary such as a coffee or bathroom break.

Holiday Surcharges

Holiday surcharges may apply to trips that occur on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
